Clip 1 57 secs At the Kingsferry Bridge competitors must capsize their craft and walk underneath the bridge. This Graduate crew are unfortunate in demonstrating how not to do it! The RS400 of the eventual winners Steve Restall and Martyn Styles also features.

Clip 2 30 secs This Osprey crew try to walk their craft under the bridge upright!

Clip 3 50 secs Simon Allen in his International Canoe shows how it should be done.

Clip 4 1 min 2 0 secs Competitors sailing along the Swale, just after Ridham Dock and just before the bridge.

Clip 5 1 min 35 secs The fast handicap and sailboard start.
